Hammer-Drill uses the Milwaukee built high power motor to develop an enormous 600 in. lbs. of maximum torque and 0-600/0-1800 rpm, ideal for drilling larger holes and driving larger screws faster! Powering the 0724 is the revolutionary 28 Volt Lithium-Ion battery pack exclusively from Milwaukee. The 28 Volt battery pack weighs less than an 18 Volt pack yet delivers two times the run-time, making this the ideal solution for all drilling and driving needs! Only the Milwaukee battery can be inserted in the reverse position which allows for the ultimate balance when working overhead or in hard to reach areas. The 0724 comes standard with a 1/2 in. all-metal, single-sleeve, ratcheting chuck with all carbide jaws that keeps bits from falling out and drill bits from slipping! This is the industry's tightest gripping chuck and comes standard only on the 0724. A comfortable non-slip, soft-grip handle reduces vibration and fatigue. The 0724 also comes standard with the patented Clip-Lok System. The Clip-Lok System attaches securely to the operator's belt or tool bags and easily releases with one hand, ideal for when working from a ladder or when there is nowhere to place the tool when adjusting or positioning a work piece. The Clip-Lok System keeps the drill within arms length at all times. The Clip-Lok System also features an on-board bit holder which holds up to two standard Phillips bits.

Good tool, but are the batteries also reconditioned. Mine don't seem to hold a charge for very long.the ad should state clearly if the batteries are new or used.or did I miss it.
Milwaukee makes great products. this is like most Milwaukee products, well built, reliable and plenty of power.
